OHS Conferences will take place in person at OHS on the following time:

• Wednesday, March 18th from 4-6 pm.

• Parents/Guardians will need to sign up in advance for conference times by using the MyConferenceTime online.  
  • Use the following link:  Oxford High School Link to Schedule List for Conference Registration . You will then see a list of all teachers. Click on your child's teachers shown through the underlined name(s) to register
• Registration opens Sunday, March 1st at 9:00 a.m. 
• Registration closes Tuesday, March 17th at 12:00pm.  
• Spots can fill quickly, and walk-ins are not likely to be able to be accommodated, so please register early to obtain a preferred conference time. 
• You will need the names of your child's teachers in order to register for conferences.   
• Conference times are 10 minutes.
• Once you have scheduled your conference(s), please write your schedule down so you  know your schedule of who you are meeting with on which day, time, and room location. 
• If you have difficulty scheduling, please reach out to your child's teacher by email or Parent Square and/or to Rebecca Czernicki at rczernicki@oxps.org or message through this Parent Square message. 
• If schedules are full and you are unable to obtain a conference time, please email teachers and they will work to schedule a time to connect with you.
